Lisko Foodstuff Ltd was established in April 1984. It was a step further of a small industry that supported the family. Initially they produced Trahanas (Cyprus wheat and yoghurt soup) and Bulgur. This was an area in which they had knowledge and experience.
Bulgur, which was considered as a dish for the lower class, became very popular because of its special qualities and the consumers’ new direction towards healthy nutrition. Through the years, Lisko has become one of the biggest bulgur producers in Europe exporting its products to several countries in convenient packages and reasonable prices.
Since 1988 it is sheltered in its privately owned factory in Aradippou Industrial Area. At first it covered an area of 1000 sq.m. In 1997 this area was doubled. In 1999 another extension was made to the building and more machinery was installed for quantitative upgrade of production.
The company is known for its Dry products Range and its Frozen Products Range. The Dry Products Range includes Bulgur wheat, Trahanas, Pulses and Rice while the Frozen Products Range includes Pasta, Vegetables, Pastries and Pizzas.
Our mission is to continually grow and improve our range of quality products in order to provide all consumers with the choice of healthy and easy-cooking meals.
Lisko Foodstuff Ltd is awarded with the FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000:2005 Certification.

Lisko Foodstuff Ltd received an award from the Larnaca Chamber of Commerce and Industry for its continual export activities (19/9/2016).
Exports Award 2013
Lisko Foodstuff Ltd has been awarded with the European Union Exports Award for 2013 (20/2/2015).
