Following our traditions, Lisko has been producing Bulgur wheat of high quality and taste since 1984. Bulgur wheat consists of cooked and then stone milled to three distinct grinds, Fine, Medium and Coarse wheat kernels. Lisko works closely with local farmers, using for our Bulgur wheat the best local varieties of durum (hard) wheat which offer to our product its unique colour and taste.

A Middle Eastern and Mediterranean staple, Bulgur wheat is seen more and more frequently in blogs and cookbooks worldwide alike due to its health benefits, great taste and ease of preparation.
